Chronic stress, so common these days, can cause anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia, fatigue, broken relationships, addictions, depression, and burnout.
During this retreat, you will learn how to manage stress by recognizing its signs and learning useful techniques to reduce it.
You will receive such tools as:

Simple lifestyle changes
These valuable tools will help you slow down and find peace amid the high pressure and high commitment lives. In this retreat, you will learn how to optimize the energy to meet the high demands of life and be productive while not burning out.
You will learn how to respond to life's challenges and difficulties in a nonreactive, healthy, and sustainable way.
The retreat will be on Zoom. We will meet eight times, once a week for a two-hour session of practice, discussion, and community support. You will receive materials for practicing between the sessions. The weekly talks, yoga, and meditation sessions will be recorded, so even if you can't attend, you won't miss it.
Both Yoga & Meditation practices will be suitable for beginners and guided in a trauma-informed way. You can join even if you have never practiced yoga or meditation before.
